Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount and payment details will be sent to you by email. Your booking will only be considered valid once the deposit has been received within the specified time frame.

If you leave earlier than your booked departure date, the total cost of the stay will still be charged for the entire period. No refunds are provided for unused nights.
The same applies in case of a late arrival: even if you arrive after the scheduled date, the full stay will be charged according to the reservation.

A fiscal receipt is automatically issued to all guests at the time of payment, no request needed.
If you would like to receive an invoice, it is essential to request it in advance, providing all complete tax information (name, address, tax code or VAT number, unique code).
For advance bookings, the invoice request must be made before paying the deposit.

Yes, after receiving your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation by email with all the details of your stay. We recommend that you bring this confirmation with you when you check in, so that we can speed up the process upon your arrival.

If you expect to arrive after 5 p.m. on the scheduled day, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled and withhold the entire deposit paid.

You can pay easily in cash, by debit card or with major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V-Pay). Please note that we do not accept cheques.
The payment for your stay must be made when you check in.

The reception is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. From 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., the entrance gate is closed, so it is not possible to enter or exit with a vehicle during these hours. A security guard is on duty overnight to ensure safety.

The check-in for pitches is available from 01:30 p.m., while for the living accommodations it is available from 04:00 p.m. In case of delays, please notify the Reception. The check-out for pitches must take place between 07:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., while for the living accommodations between 07:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., with keys returned by 10:00 a.m.

No, this is not permitted. All guests must leave the campsite by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure, and this also applies to the external car park in front of Reception.

Yes, it is possible, but please note that even in the event of a temporary absence, the pitch or accommodation unit will continue to be occupied and therefore charged as normal. The stay is normally calculated with at least two guests per night, plus the cost of the pitch or accommodation unit. It is important to inform the Reception in the event of temporary absences, otherwise the system will continue to calculate all registered guests without change.

On the day of departure, check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. for pitches and by 10:00 a.m. for living accommodations. For those staying on pitches, the check-out paper must be handed in at the time of leaving the campsite, together with any keys to private toilets. For those staying in living accommodations, both the check-out paper and the keys to the accommodation must be handed in on departure.

If you leave the pitch after 12:00 p.m., you will be charged for an entire extra nights stay, calculated according to the current price list for pitches and persons. Furthermore, if the pitch is already booked, it will not be possible to extend your stay. We recommend that you visit Reception the day before departure to check availability.

Every pitch can accommodate one main vehicle, such as a motorhome or a car with a caravan. If you have a second vehicle and there is enough space on the pitch to park it without causing any inconvenience, then there is no additional charge. However, no more than one vehicle is allowed on mini pitches. In all other cases, the second vehicle must be left in the external car park, which is subject to a charge and availability.

At the check-in, you will be given a wristband to wear for the duration of your stay. This wristband allows you to access the campsite and all the included facilities, such as the water park, sports fields, beach and much more. You will be asked to show it both at the reception entrance and when accessing the beach, as there are checks to ensure that only registered guests can use the facilities. You will need to return it at the time of departure if it is lost or if it is not returned, a penalty of Euro 10 will be charged.

To ensure peace of mind and safety for everyone, only those who are regularly registered and staying at the campsite can access the facilities and common areas. It is therefore not possible to accommodate unregistered guests, either for a few hours or for the whole day, not even for a fee.

If you arrive before the official check-in time and your pitch is not yet available, but there is space in the external car park, you can still check in, leave your vehicle in the car park and enjoy all the campsite facilities, such as the water park, restaurants and beach, while you wait to access your pitch. If, on the other hand, the pitch is not free and the car park is full, unfortunately it will not be possible to stay inside the campsite and you will need to return later. The check-out time for the living accommodations is 10:00 a.m., while the check-in is guaranteed from 04:00 p.m. If you arrive early and the living accommodation is already free because the previous guests have left, you can park your car in the designated area of your living accommodation while you wait. If, on the other hand, the living accommodation is not yet ready, you will need to follow the instructions of the reception staff, who will help you find the best solution for parking and using the campsite facilities while you wait to enter.

Pitches are guaranteed to be available from 01.30 p.m. for those who have booked. If you arrive earlier and your pitch is already free, you can immediately get out and settle in.

If you have booked a pitch for the following day and arrive during the night between 11:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m., subject to availability, you can park in the car park in front of Reception. In this case, an extra nights stay will be charged, with the price for the pitch and for the persons. The actual check-in can only be done the following morning, as soon as the reception opens at 07:00 a.m. In the meantime, the documents of all guests must be deposited at the reception and will be kept safe until the following morning. Please note, however, that a place in the overnight car park is not guaranteed, as the availability is limited. For those who have not booked, the possibility of staying in the car park overnight is at the discretion of the night guard and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are staying in a living accommodation, you will need to park your car in the outdoor car park the evening before, again by 11:00 p.m., asking for directions at the Reception. In this case too, at the time of your night departure, simply hand in your check-out paper and the keys to your living accommodation to the security guard. From 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m., the entrance gate is closed, so it is not possible to enter with vehicles during this time. If you arrive at night, you can enter on foot, but the official check-in will be completed the following morning, starting at 0700 a.m., when the reception desk reopens. Upon arrival, you will need to leave the identity documents of all guests at the reception. The documents will remain there overnight. The night guard will give you the keys so you can enter. However, we recommend that you notify the reception if you are arriving at night so that everything can be arranged smoothly.

Yes, it is possible to check out during the night, but as vehicle the access is closed from 11:00 p.m. to 07:00 a.m., you will need to make arrangements in advance. If you are staying on a pitch, you can park your motorhome or caravan in the car park in front of Reception by 11:00 pm, after informing the staff. This will allow you to leave on foot during the night, handing in your check-out paper and, if applicable, the keys to your private toilet directly to the night guard.

Changing accommodation units is only possible upon request and subject to availability at the time of arrival. However, please note that any changes will incur a penalty of Euro 100. We recommend that you inform us of any requirements as soon as possible so that we can best organise your stay.

Each accommodation unit has a car park in the immediate vicinity, clearly identified with a number corresponding to the accommodation. Generally, only one parking space with a maximum length of 5.50 metres is included. If you have a second vehicle or a larger car, you will need to park it in the unguarded outdoor car park, which is subject to a charge. If you have any questions or require assistance, our reception staff are always available to help.

To maintain order, safety and comfort for everyone, it is not permitted to set up additional tents, gazebos, inflatable pools, rugs or other extra installations on the pitches or in the areas belonging to the accommodation units. All equipment must remain within the boundaries of the pitch or comply with the specific rules of the accommodation unit, without occupying common areas or other pitches.

Dishwashers are only available in certain types of accommodation: Maxicaravan Water, Maxicaravan Sand, Maxicaravan Premium, Garden Villa Suite, Garden Villa, Beach Villa and Sunset Villa. No, it is not possible to reserve a pitch for friends or relatives in your name. To ensure fairness for all guests, each pitch must be occupied only by those who have made an official booking. You cannot reserve places using objects such as cars, chairs or tables.

Yes, dogs are welcome, but they must always be kept on a leash and accompanied in permitted areas. There is also a walkway within the campsite exclusively for dogs, so your four-legged friend can move around freely and safely. We recommend that you consult the map and information brochure to find out all the areas where you can walk your dog. Please note, however, that dogs are not allowed on the beach, in the playgrounds, in the water park or in common areas such as shops and toilets.

Our beach is free and not equipped with sun loungers or parasols for hire, but this is precisely why it is perfect for those who love to enjoy the lake in complete freedom. You can bring your own parasol and towel and relax just a stones throw from the water! But if you want a little more comfort, you can take advantage of the Relaxction Beach area, right next to the beach, where you can hire sun loungers and parasols to enjoy your day by the water to the full.

All beds are equipped with a mattress protector, but you will need to bring your own fitted sheet, as well as a top sheet, according to your needs. Single beds measure approximately 80×200 cm, while double beds measure approximately 160×200 cm. Pillows measure approximately 50×80 cm.
