Yes, after receiving your deposit, we will send you a written confirmation by email with all the details of your stay. We recommend that you bring this confirmation with you when you check in, so that we can speed up the process upon your arrival.

If you expect to arrive after 5 p.m. on the scheduled day, please let us know as soon as possible. If you do not inform us, we reserve the right to consider the booking cancelled and withhold the entire deposit paid.

Yes, it is possible, but please note that even in the event of a temporary absence, the pitch or accommodation unit will continue to be occupied and therefore charged as normal. The stay is normally calculated with at least two guests per night, plus the cost of the pitch or accommodation unit. It is important to inform the Reception in the event of temporary absences, otherwise the system will continue to calculate all registered guests without change.

On the day of departure, check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. for pitches and by 10:00 a.m. for living accommodations. For those staying on pitches, the check-out paper must be handed in at the time of leaving the campsite, together with any keys to private toilets. For those staying in living accommodations, both the check-out paper and the keys to the accommodation must be handed in on departure.

If you leave the pitch after 12:00 p.m., you will be charged for an entire extra nights stay, calculated according to the current price list for pitches and persons. Furthermore, if the pitch is already booked, it will not be possible to extend your stay. We recommend that you visit Reception the day before departure to check availability.

Every pitch can accommodate one main vehicle, such as a motorhome or a car with a caravan. If you have a second vehicle and there is enough space on the pitch to park it without causing any inconvenience, then there is no additional charge. However, no more than one vehicle is allowed on mini pitches. In all other cases, the second vehicle must be left in the external car park, which is subject to a charge and availability.

At the check-in, you will be given a wristband to wear for the duration of your stay. This wristband allows you to access the campsite and all the included facilities, such as the water park, sports fields, beach and much more. You will be asked to show it both at the reception entrance and when accessing the beach, as there are checks to ensure that only registered guests can use the facilities. You will need to return it at the time of departure if it is lost or if it is not returned, a penalty of Euro 10 will be charged.

To ensure peace of mind and safety for everyone, only those who are regularly registered and staying at the campsite can access the facilities and common areas. It is therefore not possible to accommodate unregistered guests, either for a few hours or for the whole day, not even for a fee.

If you arrive before the official check-in time and your pitch is not yet available, but there is space in the external car park, you can still check in, leave your vehicle in the car park and enjoy all the campsite facilities, such as the water park, restaurants and beach, while you wait to access your pitch. If, on the other hand, the pitch is not free and the car park is full, unfortunately it will not be possible to stay inside the campsite and you will need to return later. The check-out time for the living accommodations is 10:00 a.m., while the check-in is guaranteed from 04:00 p.m. If you arrive early and the living accommodation is already free because the previous guests have left, you can park your car in the designated area of your living accommodation while you wait. If, on the other hand, the living accommodation is not yet ready, you will need to follow the instructions of the reception staff, who will help you find the best solution for parking and using the campsite facilities while you wait to enter.

Pitches are guaranteed to be available from 01.30 p.m. for those who have booked. If you arrive earlier and your pitch is already free, you can immediately get out and settle in.

If you have booked a pitch for the following day and arrive during the night between 11:00 p.m. and 07:00 a.m., subject to availability, you can park in the car park in front of Reception. In this case, an extra nights stay will be charged, with the price for the pitch and for the persons. The actual check-in can only be done the following morning, as soon as the reception opens at 07:00 a.m. In the meantime, the documents of all guests must be deposited at the reception and will be kept safe until the following morning. Please note, however, that a place in the overnight car park is not guaranteed, as the availability is limited. For those who have not booked, the possibility of staying in the car park overnight is at the discretion of the night guard and cannot be guaranteed.

If you are staying in a living accommodation, you will need to park your car in the outdoor car park the evening before, again by 11:00 p.m., asking for directions at the Reception. In this case too, at the time of your night departure, simply hand in your check-out paper and the keys to your living accommodation to the security guard.
