How does cancelling a booking work?

You may cancel your booking at any time, but only in written form (via email). If you notify us at least 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will retain 20% of the deposit (the minimum amount retained is €150,00).
For cancellations after this deadline, unfortunately, the deposit is non-refundable. We recommend that you consider taking out a travel insurance policy to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances.
